They were on time, worked quickly and efficiently. Took time to show me my new furnace and how it worked. Everything was clean and back in place. So happy with my new furnace. Would recommend Glass City for any service. Very satisfied!

Very professional and courteous staff. The workers were ahead of schedule and called and asked if it was ok to come early. They were quick and friendly. They even checked to see if I was under warranty without me even knowing. I highly recommend this company.

Gary came out to inspect another company's shoddy work. Told me what needed to be done to bring up to code. Didn't charge me for the visit. Wish I would have had them install my HVAC system. Would have Saved a lot of headache. Lesson learned . Thanks!
