Fantastic job! They showed up on time and finished when they said they would. Our quote was higher then others but love the customer service they give. Everyone is very professional.

Wow!! This was such a positive experience!! We started with getting bids from various companies. Perry came to our home and simplified the whole process. He gave me 2 options, explained them and gave me a quote within 20 min.! He knows his stuff!! He?s very personable as well!! The price??? FANTASTIC!! I was relieved to be honest!! The HVAC service techs were very couteous & answered any & all questions I had concerning the installation of my new furnace. Tim introduced himself. Although I didn?t find out the names of the other 2 installers, they were friendly, courteous & very informative in our conversation. I have had Glass City do work before & was very pleased with the work, that?s why I had them install my new furnace. I would rate Glass City HVAC as a a five star rating! The gentleman that came to install my new furnace were top notch professionals, I would recommend them if you're in need of HVAC work. They did an excellent job, I couldn't be more pleased with the way it looks and functions and how they removed the old one etc! I would definitely call them for services in the future!!
