Thay tryed to sell me a new furnace when mine was only 13 years old that that installed , called Fry and it was just a quick maintenance fix. Will never use Glass city again.

It appears that when our technician arrived, your furnace was working, and that he noted the inducer was starting to go bad due to bearing noise. Because the furnace is 14 years old, he did give you the price to replace the equipment. However he did not charge you for the service call, since everything was working. Glass City began servicing my 21 year old furnace in 2007. They were so competent that o had them install a high efficiency HVAC system in 2009. They maintain it 2x per year and are reliable and competent. Now that my second furnace is 10 yrs old, I bought a maintenance plan with them. Great local family owned company!

Fantastic job! They showed up on time and finished when they said they would. Our quote was higher then others but love the customer service they give. Everyone is very professional.

Wow!! This was such a positive experience!! We started with getting bids from various companies. Perry came to our home and simplified the whole process. He gave me 2 options, explained them and gave me a quote within 20 min.! He knows his stuff!! He?s very personable as well!! The price??? FANTASTIC!! I was relieved to be honest!! The HVAC service techs were very couteous & answered any & all questions I had concerning the installation of my new furnace. Tim introduced himself. Although I didn?t find out the names of the other 2 installers, they were friendly, courteous & very informative in our conversation.
