We had a slight issue with our front door not shutting easily due to the recent hot weather. We were concerned that no local trades would be interested in this kind of small job. When we asked around, John came recommended. I contacted John, who responded swiftly and came over within a couple of days and fixed the problem for us. There was no fuss, John turned up promptly and got to work straightaway. We really appreciated his help and would not hesitate to call him next time for big or small jobs.

We spent a long time looking for someone to do our double glazing and we were lucky to find John, who came highly recommended. Our installation required some building work plus putting in doors and windows - John and his team were very professional, the work was of the highest standard and all completed within five days. It was also great to see a team just cracking on with the job - intent on getting things completed as quickly as possible. I can't recommend John and Glass Act highly enough. Nearly 10 years ago, he carried out an efficient, hassle-free installation of all doors and windows, ensuring everything was completed to a high standard and we've been really pleased with them. Recently, one of the doors became misaligned, and John came out and fixed it straight away, at no cost—despite the installation being so long ago. Exceptional service and a great local business!
