I hurt My back so badly that I struggled to walk, Glasgow City Osteopaths was recommended to me and After my first visit I couldn't believe how much better I felt already and after a few visits I could feel myself getting better and better, I am now back to my old self again and would definitely recommend Glasgow City Osteopaths.

I'd been suffering with pain around my shoulder blade for a few months. Russell not only eliminated the pain, he was able to identify the causes so that I could prevent the problem coming back. He advised on good stretching and breathing techniques, better posture and how to improve my working environment to avoid future back problems. I wish I'd gone sooner!

Took my baby at 7 weeks old into Russell after she had several weeks of discomfort. We tried numerous colic remedies (small milk change) , reflux solutions (gaviscon etc) We were about to look into medicine when we stumbled across the online advert. So glad we did. Due to ongoing right shoulders issues which were causing me a great deal of discomfort, I started a course of treatment at Glasgow City Osteopaths. I found their service to be extremely thorough and diagnosis of my then symptoms precise. It pleases me to say that after only six weeks of once a week treatment, I'm free of the pain that was having a negative impact on me both at work and socially.
