Glasgow southside addiction & alcohol recovery is a complete liability since covid started we were giveing the green light to go and yet this organisation still only operates on a phone call from a worker every two,three months but they put in the books that they phone you every second week (complete lie) i have been one of the lucky few who has got a worker who gos that extra mile for me &its not only helping me in my recovery its also helping my mental health (So big shout out to katie macabe ) she is what a Drug councillo... read more

After a referral from my gp service contacted me. At no point did they ask for any personal information at no point did they ask for any medical information. All they heard was the word cannabis and went into a stock shpeel. The was also a clear lack of objectivity, going into any situation without an open mind will only result in conformation of preexisting perception. This service is nothing but a liability in the current climate in this area.
Absolutely atrocious service - Doctor sent referral after 2 weeks calling myself no further forward except to get a call from another totally different cat team at the gorbals with a condescending little girl giving attitude on the phone. Absolutely Dire No service no response No help absolutely Nothing
Sadly totally useless & i would suggest in fact a danger to users.
