We’ve viewed various properties within Glan Llyn and very impressed with how they looked after us on our visit. The homes were beautiful and to a high standard of finish. We had some great advice from the recommended mortgage broker there and we will be back soon when we’ve saved the reminder of our deposit. The sales team were very helpful and couldn’t do anything more for us. We’re getting excited to come back and we now have our goal!

Was great at first, team were friendly, easy to contact and the sales team were pleasant, and snags were initially dealt with quickly. However, as soon as we completed the survey for them they’ve been extremely poor. Almost 2 years on now and I’m still waiting for snags to be rectified that we’re reported the day I received the keys. Would avoid purchasing from St Modwen in the future.
