Absolutely appalling - avoid at all costs! On the 19th of April 2022, I arranged to take my car here for a simple piece of body repair, which was done incorrectly by them on two occasions. They stopped even responding to any of my e-mails in September 2022. My insurance company wrote to me telling me this case will be used to inform future audits of the repairer’s working practices’ and that my complaint was upheld. Stunning restoration work on my classic car. They are always very helpful and friendly and really take care and pride in their work. I have had several Jaguar and Daimler cars restored here and they have always looked after my cars and restored them to new. Highly recommended.
