Not rented a property off of them yet but from my experience so far they havent been great. Have tried viewing multiple properties with them and never have good things back. They also left me hanging meaning I missed out on a property too which is disappointing. Maybe it was a lucky escape. Just havent had a good experience with them yet...
Process with agents was and still is a true NIGHTMARE. Misleading, zero accountability, zero care. Worst even - we just hope that they can at least complete our purchase with them - enough to say that we are now in month 9(!) of the process- when the agent that dealing with our case is on leave no one even is aware of anything - when we call we hear : I’m not sure , I’m not working on this purchase…. Cost Us a lot : money, stress we almost lost our buyer as well , and took ALL joy from purchasing - not recommending!
