I couldn't rate Daniel highly enough for turning a Saturday morning drama of a leaking kitchen radiator into a good and reassuring experience. From calling Daniel, he was with me within and hour and a half, even keeping me updated on when he was due to arrive. A really lovely person who I would be more than happy to use again. He sorted the problem quickly and gave lots of good advice along the way. Very reasonable call out charge, I am very happy that everything was resolved quickly and efficiently.
GK&S responded very quickly to my call they found and repaired the leak in my loft. The young man who called was very polite and helpful he left everything tidy. Would have no hesitation in using them again
17th December 2022 Daniel came to have a look at my heating which stopped working. I had called 9 other companies at the time and either nobody was available or I would have to wait min 6h for someone to come out. That wasn’t an option as I have two young children and I was desperate for help. Daniel was a Godsend, picked up within one ring and was here fixing the issue in no time.
