***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY***This company is PREDATORY! Writing impossible lease, designed to leave you responsible for the property as if it was your own. They are unable to return phone calls in a timely manner, if at all. They do NOT keep updated information for tenets regarding HOA's. I travel for work. So finding a place to rent was pretty rough from 1000s miles away, I found GKhouses and thought great this will work. I read the reviews , I should have paid attention to them! There was a 191, charge on my account for appliance being dirty. The dryer , I tried to use it once! I couldn't use the dryer because it didn't dry. I didn't go looking around hell I just moved in, stuff would be fixed and work. Companies do a walk thought and check things before they rent right? NOT this company. I am not paying t... read more

If you see gkhouses anywhere just run away and don't turn back. I wish google had negative star ratings to describe how horrible gkhouses is. Once you sign a lease with them they don't care about your issues anymore. The move in process was so complicated, be ready for a treasure hunt to find their lockbox where they leave the keys and once you find the keys be ready to hear from the HOA that they have changed the locks and GK houses will not know anything about it. Not even worth one star. I’ve tried contacting GK houses for a week and I’ve yet to receive any kind of response. Literally such a hassle to deal with and you can’t ever get in contact with anyone. Really annoying that there’s no direct phone line to be able to talk to them.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Unorganized, unprofessional, lies, no communication with home owners, they do not answer phones, person you are calling is never "in", when asked to have the person return the call and you give a phone number, they will only email you back, charged for repairs of property which can not be verified that the repair actually happened. My next door neighbor also used them when she rented out her house. I saw first hand how they charged for repairs that never happened. When looking at my proper... read more
