Nice staff, usually good cleaning BUT terrible timekeeping. Always late, and very poor or no customer service communication. Regretably I cannot recommend this firm and will not be using them again.
At the end of the tenancy, we commissioned an end-of-tenancy cleaning. The flat was cleaned to the highest standards. We got all of our deposit back as the landlord was very pleased with the quality. Thank you very much GK Cleaning
Very reliable and provide a great service. Had a particular long week at work and forgot the cleaning team had visited. It was brilliant to get home and find everything so clean and tidy. Recommend them
Very average cleaner. End result was okayish. Unfortunately he lacks communication skills and skipped an appointment entirely. Would look for different companies or solutions. Do not recommend.
Over the last 4 years, Glen and his team have been exceptional partners across all my properties. They have undertaken thorough cleans to an exemplary standard, on time and also supported with tasks outside of the normal remit. I would highly recommend their services.
