I recently used GK Cleaning Services for a domestic clean, at the beginning of my tenancy and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Glen was incredibly professional and efficient in arranging everything, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The cleaners came in once and were nice, they cleaned the whole house quickly and then I agreed with them they'd come every 2 weeks. Two weeks later, they didn't come. I messaged the owner but he didn't reply. I wouldn't consider this agency if you're LGBT, as they'll likely not come back again and not reply to you. It's crazy that in 2025 this is still happening but here we are.

Nice staff, usually good cleaning BUT terrible timekeeping. Always late, and very poor or no customer service communication. Regretably I cannot recommend this firm and will not be using them again.

At the end of the tenancy, we commissioned an end-of-tenancy cleaning. The flat was cleaned to the highest standards. We got all of our deposit back as the landlord was very pleased with the quality. Thank you very much GK Cleaning
