RecommendedService for recall. I was greeted immediately handed over the keys asking how long would the wait be expecting at least an hour, was surprised to hear it would only be 20 minutes. From the time I pulled in til I was back in my car it was 25 minutes!

My girlfriend bought a fiesta there about a year ago. There was a basic warranty on the car and there were multiple problems right off the bat so we told them and they were said to have been fixed. We get the car back and the mirror which was hanging on by one bolt was not fixed. We take it back because there’s more things wrong and yet again they don’t fix the mirror. Ford Fiestas and focuses have an issue with their DPS6 transmissions that there is an extended warranty on and they refuse to fix the issue. I would never adv... read more

They are awful. Brought my truck in for warranty work. The tech forgot to bolt my hood latch back to the truck after he removed it for unknown reasons. When I got on the highway the hood flew up. Smashed the hood, windshield, grill and but guard. They tried to drop off the truck with a 1 inch gap between the hood and fender. I said no. I also asked where is my bug guard.
