i went in to buy a 30 thausand truck ask sales if it be looked it ,said yes we go thru it,was delived 10 days after with all kinds rattling ,doors rubing on cab,transmition stfitter delay ,broken clip on console ,was not iven washed ,have called and sent emails to sales ,service and general manager nothing ,no respond they are monkies

My family and I were so happy with our experience with Girard Ford. Luis was extremely knowlegable, helpful and buying this new vehicle was the easiest, quickest car buying process we have ever had. Sticking with my initial one star talked to one of the managers today about our vehicles brakes I was told the typical they where fine when we had the vehicle and all that crap do yourself a favor don't buy here
The gernaral manager and his minions are such sharks. Asked for a car at a specific price was brought out a vehicle and the sales rep just kept saying, "oh its 200 a month but i dont have a price." General manager comes out (belive his name was Marty) and he began to point out things like tires ect... and then when asked what was the price he wrote on a piece of scrap paper 10,500 which is not what i asked for (i asked 7-9k). I bought my Fusion Hybrid at Girard because of prior experience with their very professional service department and my recent visit convinced me that I did the right thing. Great service department and that is what matters most after purchasing a vehicle.
Great experience. Got my last car from here in 2014, this was definately better. Frank C.took great care of us, found what we were looking for right off the bat, Marty the GM was incredible and Aaron in finance was professional, not intimidating and a pleasure to work with, didn't feel we were being pressured into anything.

Had a great buying experience with girard and the salesman Bj they got me into a SUV that I love and where able to get me a loan leaving the lot in great car and leaving my 20yr old dinosaur and having a safe car to make sure my daughter gets to her softball and soccer without worrying. Thank you Bj and staff for your help in making it possible. Next time I'm looking for another car I will be going back to girard ford they made it so easy to buy

Had a great experience here. Miguel was awesome. Never made me feel pressured and actually listened to what I wanted and expected when browsing car options. He made the whole process super easy. The manager came out four times to check and make sure everything was going OK and that I was pleased. I am very happy with my purchase and experience. If you need a car go see Miguel. He's an awesome guy with knowledge and experience.
