On Monday morning my husband took me to Girard Ford to look for a 2014 Ford Escape. We were greeted by an amazing salesman named Miguel. This is the first Ford dealership that I felt very comfortable with. Great staff and great personalities. Miguel was not a type of person that would force you to buy something you would not be happy with it he was extremely helpful and we are very pleased with his experience. I would recommend him to anybody that needs a car. Thank you again! :)

I liked the people my salesperson put up with my needs I did not like that it was raining and didn't notice the deep scratches on both sides of the vehicle I think the resolution that they came up with touch up paint that wore off in two days was disappointing so don't buy vehicles in the rain is my advice. Thank you Richard wasn't to impressed with jimmy the sales manager but it wasn't to painfull. Hope this was helpful leslie bedford.

Needed a car a.s a p. My car died. The first stop over charged me by 5k! For a 2015 fusion payment was to be 380!! Used!!!! Went to Girard Ford rt. 32 norwitch, my Husband and I left with a 2017 burgundy velvet BRAND FREAKIN NEW fusion!! For 22k+- they saved our behinds and returned the 2015car from the other dealer for me as i was sooooooooooo furious about being ripped off cus i drove it to Girard on the dealer plate. Went to 3 dealerships in one day was not having any luck was very frustrated had decent money to put down on a car but the salesmen I were running into were not very professional... Long story short I called Girard ford 15 mins before closing and everyone was very nice down there they found the right car for me at an unbeatable price and drove home in it that night!! Definitely will be sending friends and family to this place go down and ask for Frankie H... Tell him john sent you� you won't regret it at all

Anthony, Marty, and the Finance Guy, made my experience purchasing an Escape a breeze. Easiest car buying experience ever, and truthfully I hate shopping for cars. I would recommend them, especially Anthony over and over again.
I went to Girard to look at a car that I found online. When I called I was able to make an appointment for the next day which was great. I came in and they welcomed me and talked to me through the whole process considering it was my very first car. I had Brian and he was amazing. He answered all my questions and had the car looked over multiple times to make sure it was perfect. I have been waiting since OCTOBER 2015 for a universal piece of paper from your office manager that I have yet to receive. Ive called, emailed, texted, etc and was told "she will get to it when she gets to it"... considering you avoid your previous employees maybe this will help me get the information i need. The constant belittling and harassment i received while employed there was above and beyond .
