The service department is great! They have a new detail company but I don’t recommend it at all!!!
I have been going to Girard Ford for quite some time for oil changes and car stuff that needs to get worked on. Services has been super excellent and inform me if I need work done on the car (& the cost too). Today, I just got a new 2017 Escape Titanium. I couldn’t be any happier with the service and how everyone knew me from going to service. BJ was excellent and couldn’t have asked for a better salesperson. Thank you Girard �

Got service at Girard on my 2008 F250 Diesel. Loved it. I was treated beyond great, they were responsive, the tech came out and spoke to me, and the advisor (Jose) was absolutely stellar. 100% recommended.

Horrible! Wouldnt even give me a price unless I signed something saying I was serious about the car. Then called me back. I dont have time for games.

Never thought I would step foot in another Ford dealer ship but after working with Joey I couldn't be more pleased. We spent no time waiting around or playing the usual games but instead left the dealership with a truck we had actually gone there to look at specifically. Couldn't have been a better experience.
Karl Marley and the rest of the service department has always made sure that attention to detail is priority. I am very satisfied with them and will always recommend them for great service.
