I really don't know where to begin with what an amazing job the team did. Ralph is the most calm, friendly and human face of Estate Agency. But the real superstar for me is Scott. Despite our property probably being one of the 'compact' on his books he always made us feel like he had all the time in the world to support us through our sale. Last year we used Gilson & Bailey to sell our property and they were acting for our vendor too which helped enormouslyduring negotiations. In what is without question a sluggish market, Scott and Ralph and GB in Brundall were great. It was a very personal service. Scott in particular really understood our needs and couldnt have done anymore to try and get us over the line. Great guys.
