After ordering flowers for our daughter in laws birthday to be delivered. Found out that no delivery had been made. Called the shop up on Monday morning to see what had gone wrong. I was told the owner was on holiday so they never received the order. Even though I had been sent an order receipt. Money has now been returned to our bank without as much as an apology to us.
