This practice is pathetic. The ladies on the desk are in the main great but the clinicians and the practice manager leave ALOT to be desired. Breach of confidentiality and when it's flagged up I am told that I am the problem. Don't investigate things properly just take the clinicians word for everything. Manager doesn't follow through with promises to provide information and finally are patronising and insulting on the phone and in written communication. This practice needs to be investigated.
It’s all changed and corruption runs this place now it’s not a doctors anymore they lie and let people suffer in pain very sad to see this GP practice has been sold to the devil. Refuse to see or help people in extreme pain NHS has failed again and again!
