We chose Gillhams to help us with the rather complex sale of a property. It was noticeable from the start that they understood the pertinent issues, outlined solutions and created answers rather more quickly than the solicitors acting for the other party. The people we met there from the receptionist, the junior solicitor up to the senior partner were always welcoming and personable. I’d recommend this firm very highly indeed.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Lisa Cornish at Gillhams. We purchased the freehold from the local council and could not recommend Lisa High enough. It was a long process due to the complexities dealing with a local council, but Lisa kept us informed throughout the process and answered any questions we had I had not done anything like this previously, or even dealt with a solicitor!
