Sold me a car on Feb12th - the car went bad in June.- they kept my car for 1 month.- got my car back in July paid $750.00 Then it went bad again 2 weeks later paid $456.00 -2 weeks after that it cut off in traffic. -they did not have the inspection record.

The service employee Jeff was a great example of how not to treat a customer, I called to schedule the second appointment of my truck but the truck is giving me some additional problems such as the brakes and also the back seat falls when braking on a stop or at a traffic light, I explained to him what additional I needed to check that, the truck is a 2023 Ford Raptor with 14k miles which is within the warranty, he answered me that now I had to leave the truck because he had to move it to the back garage and I told him that ... read more
