I went to Bommarito Ford because I'm friends with one of the sales guy. I bought a 2012 **** Flex from them. When I got the car home, the ** quit working. To their credit, they got me in a loaner and fixed the problem at no charge. However, when I took the vehicle through the car wash for the first time, the sunroof leaked in 3 places. Worth reading before you buy a vehicle from these people.....After negotiating with the salesman on a price on a used vehicle, we came to an agreement on the price. These people sold me a vehicle in April 2025 that had a preexisting transmission issue. They also sold me a warranty that is denying payment for that reason. I have been without a vehicle for 3 months and these people are not taking responsibility and are now not even responding to my emails. or phone calls. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
This place had our truck for over 2 months on an issue issue. Their customer service was terrible. They lied constantly about saying our parts were on order and then would say they were all defective when they recieved them as excuses to why is was taking so long to fix. After 9 weeks of it not being complete and us being completely ignored when we called for updates we came to take the truck somewhere else only to find it gutted and parts missing. SHADY, STAY AWAY. Bought a used CX-5 here online. Nick Mayer bought that from an auction from Canada. Damage worse than reported on carfax and no dealerships will take a car that originated from Canada as trade in. Had to sell third party for about half of what I would've gotten as a trade in. Sleazy practices - **** **** *****. Zero stars.
I do not recommend Terry Henrick’s Ford. We first looked at our SUV in August of 2024. Upon arrival, after talking to our sales rep. Haleigh, we found the car to have many cosmetic repairs (seatbelt buckle missing, air vent missing, etc.). They agreed to fix everything prior to purchase. We bought the SUV from them in August of 2024. Within 6 days of having the SUV the transmission went out.
