The sales team was negotiable, but thats to be expected when were buying a car with 33 miles on it, and there are scratches down to the primer. The dealership only had one finance guy in, so we ended up waiting over an hour to finish signing the paperwork for the car. Overall, nice staff, nice cars, but they wasted a lot of our time waiting to finish the financing.
Very easy to work with We found the car we were looking for and met with the salesman. Gave us a good offer for the car we were trading in and we purchased a Bronco Sport. Very smooth process

10/20/2023 Called 5 times to get answers about replacing tires they suggested I do back in July Called 5 YES 5 times and never got through to a person. Disconnected, dropped call, person disappears and of course going to voicemail.Throughly disgusted.
How does this dealership stay in business? Do they lie, cheat and treat everyone with their ************** plan?? After getting a quote from one gal, and printing out the price (proof) of $28,600 for a truck, when we did the test drive, began the paperwork, the salesman told us he was going to speak to the manager. I was promised in writing on my contract that I would receive my dash cams from both vehicles that I traded in. 2019 **** ****** dash cam valued at $278.98 plus tax. 2017 **** F250 dash cam values at $199.95 plus tax. Gillespie sold the vehicles with my dash cams in them. Their response to me was sorry for the inconvenience. When I was looking at the 2023 F150 that I purchased from them it had an MSRP of $87,779.00 on the window.
