Ordered a new bronco from them in September of 21. Fast forward 13 months and it finally came in. I was out of town the day I found out the bronco was finally in, the salesman told me theyre getting $10k over msrp on ordered broncos and if I didnt accept that, they would sell it to someone else. ****, If you had a bill of sale from us we would have honored that. We tried to work on a better trade allowance for you but your trade in had a Salvage title from a major insurance loss. You did not have a price agreement. You had specified a configuration that was built. There was no contract that stated you were buying at a specific price and no contract that guaranteed you would get a Bronco. I was called by one of the sales people at Gillespie Ford named ***. He told me that a **** Maverick was in stock. He also told me that the **** window sticker price was $24,000. I made an almost 2 hour drive into the shop the very next morning only to find that this dealership was marking this truck up an extra $10,000. I ve bought cars in the past from other dealerships that were ok. Some stood behind thier contracts,but most were just trying to make a fast buck. Horrible customer service in the service department they are very unprofessional all they want is your money & fake 5 star reviewsI brought my car in to get serviced for an oil change & when I got back in my car it was oil everywhere on my seat, my **************** from the mechanic hands I would not recommend anyone going there for service unless you like to be disrespected.!!

I had an exceptional experience working with the service team. I was having problems with my tire had called 6 places. Luckily they are open a little later and Chris got me in right away and fixed my problem very efficiently. Car problems can be stressful and the process was seamless. I highly recommend their service team and will definitely be using them again.
