RUDE, they only cared about the "other" sales items Like their Advantage package,etc. They really talk about that "bird poop protection" and "nitrogen filled tire" $1999 package.. (BTW - you don't have to buy, it is not "already on the car") small print or not.. They have no knowledge of the vehicles in their lot I could not get an inspection report. Was charged for shop clean-up for a vehicle that I did not have serviced on a date that the vehicle wasn't even in town. I have heard the phrase "waiters gonna wait" while technicians appeared to be slacking off. Oil spills appear to be common given the state of the concrete behind the shop leading to the drainage ditch.

All accusations made by Mr. ***** are false. Mr. ***** is a former employee of Bill Russell **** and not a customer. He was a technician in our service department. The charges mentioned are not for the vehicle listed. They are for shop clean up due to the fact that on Mr. ****** last day of employment he decided to place glitter bombs rigged to deploy via pull wires when doors were opened to the building or certain equipment was used in our shop resulting in large amounts of glitter being dispersed throughout the shop and ul... read more

5.23.25 broke down in NM truck towed to Ed Corleys Ford Grants NM only needed a new spark plug and plugged in a wire to the starter, yay came back and said i need a new motor I had to go get my family in Ca all were stranded with zero to call for help tried to rent credit card couldn't fly no real ID Ed Corley no rentals..5/28/25 I had no choice but to buy something.
