This law firm is absolutely shocking and they deserve to be reported to the SRA and their senior solicitors struck off the roll. Do not use if you don’t want to pay double for work that never gets done. You won’t be able to get through to any lawyer working on your matter and you will likely be passed around three different people, none of whom are qualified to advise on the matter. We have had the most horrendous experience which has put us on the line personally and financially. These guys are cowboys. Avoid.

An intelligent person can see that the reviews on here are either five stars from people who say the firm is brilliant - or one star from people with serious grievances against the firm .There is no middle ground as a normal set of reviews would contain. So what does that tell you ? . The reviews are at extreme opposites. Why ? I , and a solicitor colleague have just written to the Solicitor's Regulation Authority reporting the firm for breaches of the codes of practice and so I am giving them the lowest score possible
Terrible firm! UPAID INVOICES They instructed me to act on their behalf to represent two clients of theirs. However, 6 months on have not paid for the work completed, nor have they even attempted to explain the delay in payment (agreed payment terms, within 28 days of invoice). I have it on good authority that I am not the only professional they have treated like this. Avoid this firm at all costs!
Avoid this law firm at all costs! Such terrible and unprofessional staff… They make you feel unimportant, and unheard. Very unhelpful in terms of assisting you with lawful matters and they don’t provide any advice on decisions. I had a commercial shop contract to sign and they passed my case to 3 different lawyers mid way and barely even read the contract.
