Chowder was not good for a chowder place. Service was horrible. Our food came out cold, and it was definitely overpriced for what we got. The French fries were the only good part. Would not recommend and will not go back.

Great food at a great price. Atmosphere is exactly what you want when eating lobster seaside. Staff was very friendly and service was fast. Great specials on the board too!
Best clam chowder on earth! We've traveled to 48 states and have never found any chowder that even comes close! !
Big stuffed lobster tolls and outstanding chowders and Lobster or Halibut stew. Great food, very casual.
I ordered the fried scallop special for $18.95. There were literally 5 scallops on top of a plate of onion rings. My husband ordered the fish and chip special. He got 3 small pieces of fish on top of a plate full of fries. We each had a bottle of beer @ $7.50 each. Needless to say, we were disappointed. However, our waitress was very friendly. We wont be going back.
My daughter and I stopped on our way home from UMaine. Our first visit. We ordered the calamari, a clam chowder, hot dog plate and the lobster stew. Generous portions and likely the best lobster stew I've ever had. Staff was super friendly. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere too. We will be back.
The best clam chowder I have ever had! They were extremely busy but they handled theirselves very well. . delicious
