This medical practice is one of the few where I was actually able to get help. It might not be perfect, but it’s definitely not bad — especially compared to others. I really appreciate the attention given to patients’ mental health, which is something many other places overlook. Of course, I would like to receive more referrals for hospital tests, but that’s not the practice’s fault — it’s more about hospital wait times or other external services. over 3 hours on hold for a poorly child this is an absolute disgrace this is a regular occurrence here
Until now, I’ve never met such a good, professional practice - nurses, doctors and reception staff who, despite their pressures, take the time to listen; actually help improve health, and do things right. I’m so very grateful for that - you all are what our endlessly suffering NHS need - thank you!
