The doctors are awesome especially Dr crossley and Dr hoque but the receptionist who are ok could be better.
I've been with them for the longest time. After comparing my experience with what my friends have with their GP practices, I am very lucky to be here and won't be changing. Staff is very helpful, doctors are good and very helpful.
The gp is actually pretty good, the doctors and appointments day is always available, but the receptionist is VERY rude and do not give the right information. So 0 start for the unhappy receptionist.
This medical practice is one of the few where I was actually able to get help. It might not be perfect, but it’s definitely not bad — especially compared to others. I really appreciate the attention given to patients’ mental health, which is something many other places overlook. Of course, I would like to receive more referrals for hospital tests, but that’s not the practice’s fault — it’s more about hospital wait times or other external services.
