We had our house on the market off and on from 2022 to now. Thomas Morris tried and failed, Ten tried and failed, Harvey R tried and failed. The only agent that could get a sale over the line was Giggs. Joe and the team were fantastic. Even dealing with us and being patient when we were frustrated. Thanks so much to the team.
Great company. Helped us from start to finish. Jim B was an amazing help with viewing the house and with an quires we had, setting up future viewings when we wanted to see the house again. Jemma at property progressor was great and kept us up to date. All round made everything Soo smooth and easy. Would use them when coming to size up in the future.
Bought first home with Giggs, I found them to be very good overall compared to other experiences with estate agents. Good communicators and friendly service. Felt like I was always able to get in touch to get any info or updates needed throughout the process and wasn't pressured by selling tactics that some agents employ at other companies. Would use them again in the future if I needed to :)
Over 3 years with the company. 2 Separate property tenancies. Can't say I'd recommend? Very rude staff (They don't care about renters). 3/5 fixes on the new property almost had to come out of my pocket, giggs left it to the last minute, then treat me like an idiot for trying to pay/fix a door that was broken. (New place have HEAPS of black mould I had to pay cleaners for.) RENTERS BEWARE: They won't help you.
