Bought first home with Giggs, I found them to be very good overall compared to other experiences with estate agents. Good communicators and friendly service. Felt like I was always able to get in touch to get any info or updates needed throughout the process and wasn't pressured by selling tactics that some agents employ at other companies. Would use them again in the future if I needed to :)
Over 3 years with the company. 2 Separate property tenancies. Can't say I'd recommend? Very rude staff (They don't care about renters). 3/5 fixes on the new property almost had to come out of my pocket, giggs left it to the last minute, then treat me like an idiot for trying to pay/fix a door that was broken. (New place have HEAPS of black mould I had to pay cleaners for.) RENTERS BEWARE: They won't help you.
