The first time I came to Dan, the local dealership had said "We don't take investigative bookings and we haven't any slots for two weeks anyway," I was even more disappointed by another local independent, "Well if the problem has gone away again, wait for it to come back". Whereas Dan located and fixed the (genuine, important) problem in the very professional way everyone else describes.
