Daisy, Wendy and Louise were all fantastic — kind, proactive and always quick to respond to any questions we had. It’s rare to get such personalised service these days, but Gibson Lane provide exactly that. Their communication, professionalism and genuine care made the whole process feel smooth and well-supported from start to finish. Five stars given for a five star star service. I cannot rate this company higher. They give an exceptional service keeping you up to date every step of the way. All the staff I dealt with have been great but I feel I must give a special mention to Wendy.
