Anna does not understand the masticatory system. She is unable to recognise things such as a high arched palate and a deep bite. She simply understands a class one relationship between molars, however, there is a lot more to a bite than this. If you are looking for an orthodontist who understands jaw relationship and function, I would look elsewhere. Furthermore, she did not take photos or any kind of records for the appointment I paid for. Really, I should recieve I refund but I was not offered this.
