absolutely fantastic service, took my specialized bike here as it had many issues, when I rode the bike home it was like a new bike, theyre attention to detail an professionalism are second to none. great staff with an amazing amount of knowledge. I would really recommend these guys.
I did delete my post ages ago but I'm angry after doing my own service. They'll charge you loads for labour and won't repair unless you pay double the amount for not so great Giant parts. Tbh I wish I went with a different brand. Anyway I had to M-Check my bike for a summer ride. Brake calipers not aligned, same with my handle bars and also set at wrong NM so I had to drill my handle bars bolts out. My front shock cap has been done too tight, also was damaged. Purchased a new mountain bike from Giant Lincoln this weekend , exceptional service and great knowledge and nothing was too much trouble . Also need to mention Lee who guided me through the whole cycle scheme process and definitely went the extra mile .
