These guys are the best bike shop for customer service! They let me take a sale stock bike and fully customise it so that it exactly fits my needs. Communication was excellent throughout and James in particular needs a mention for putting up with my dithering. The staff won’t let you leave with the wrong product/set up, and will price match if able to. If you’re looking for a new bike or just free advice, I highly recommend you pop in to see them.

Was very happy I travelled almost 2 hours to have my bike professionally serviced. Bike is like brand new! Amazing team. Really took the time to make sure my bike is perfect. Thank you for Shane and James for going out of their way to make sure everything was right. Happy I drove the 1.5 hours to get my bike repaired properly. I can highly recommend.
