Great little lodge surrounded by nature, but with a pub only 3 mins walk away (albeit down/up a steep hill) if you don't fancy cooking. Would definitely come back. There was a book of walks that were really good, even though it was a bit old it served as great inspiration!

Comfy clean cabin in quiet location.home made cake and milk in fridge when we arrived. (very thoughtful and welcome) All amenities. Books. Games and dvds. 3 very small gripes. Quilt on bed could be king size (pinched by wife in night). Some TV channels went of due to signal.(one of those things in lakes) taps needed to be turned on slowly otherwise you got wet.. Highly recommended cabin and Louise is very helpfull.. Hope to return again
