Like every other mgmt agent, useless. they took over our properties and in the first year they DID NOTHING. We still have gates not working over a year after they took over. DO NOT USE them if you have a chance.
Currently a director using GH Property Management, in particular working with Amy Jackson coming up to a year. Experience has been very positive as she has helped us through organising quotes and budgeting for works needed to meet fire standards. Communication has been constant especially with a lot of back and forth between the directors to ensure the outcome works for everyone. I became a director of my block of flats a while ago, and I am leaving this review now because I am selling. I have had previous experience of management companies, in Taplow, Bath, Fleet, Cardiff and Spain. Generally, prior to this company, my experience has been one of disappointment, anger and frustration, as communication has been so poor, and in some cases I would say there has been a fair level of incompetence. As a director of a block of flats of under the management of GH Property Management, I found it frustrating that the company seemed not have control of itself or its assets when it came to providing a good service and value for money. Outrageous contractor pricing for simple jobs were being approved with no showing of comparable quoting and there was a high staff turnover. We have work with GH through some very challenging situations and their professionalism and support has been outstanding. Their leadership is very clear and strong, setting high expectations of the service to be delivered and everyone in the team that we have met has been professional and effective and efficient. We are delighted to have them looking after our property and our residents.
