Terrible experience of being gaslit that the Lancaster furniture was not part of there furniture range. Proof was sent to a company who manufacturers the product (yup, you couldn't make this up. Adam in afersales was particulary onerous in his conduct - rude and at one point put the phone down, mid conversation. Take heed of all the bad reviews, as they are a true representation of a very poor toxic company. Wouldn't mind was only looking to source and pay for a damaged part. AVOID
