Mark V and the crew at GF Sprague did a professional and expert job on my slate roof and custom copper gutters. I have an 1875 Mansard roof Victorian house. They stripped the slate put up ice and water shield, repaired the rotted wooden dormer trim, the removed the 145 year old copper gutters and reformed new ones that look completely original and work better than the originals ever did. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable, free assessment with good advice even though the fix was not something they do. Highly recommend them and Bob, the expert who helped me.
Sprague's prep work and pre-project discussions were thorough. The scheduling and staging were timely and efficient. the crew arrived on time each day, worked through to dusk, and left a clean site each night. the work was done as ordered. The salesperson and project manager were both very communicative and knowledgeable. I would use Sprague again.
Jake P**** was very responsive and has a great knowledge base that allowed him to trouble-shoot my concerns. I was happy that he was assigned to our job.
They came out to look at a problem I was having with my gutters. Unlike the last company I had to help us look and give us a quote, Bob from Sprague got up on a ladder, took a look at my gutters inside and out, and determined they simply needed to be cleaned. They recommended a different company to me to take care of this and did not charge me for the visit. if I ever do need gutter or roofing work in the future, they are definitely getting my first vote!
GF Sprague replaced all of our copper gutters and significant portions of our roof, and repointed and installed new flashing on our chimneys. The quality of the work was excellent and the service level strong also. I would recommend.
GF Sprague came over to give me a quote on re-siding my home. They evaluated and recommended that I repair and re-paint, recommending a service they do not offer. They acted in my best interest rather than in the interest of their bottom line. Very impressive. Certainly the kind of thing that puts them at the top of the list for my next job.
I recently used GF Sprague to address some issues I had with my roof. Konnor, one of their roofing professionals performed the work. He was excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable and a genuine nice person. His colleague Israel, was equally professional.
