Our coop hired Sprague to replace deteriorating wooden gutters with copper gutters on our 19th-century apartment building. The new gutters are beautifully made of high-quality copper and look amazing. They cost less than we expected. Sprague gave us proposals for both wood and copper. Because copper requires less maintenance than wooden gutters, which are also expensive, we decided copper was cost-effective for us. Sprague does not subcontract.
