We hired GF ******* recently to install a new gutter and fix some asphalt shingles that had slipped on our roof. They found some rot problems with the fascia board where the gutter was going to attach, and as they peeled back the layers, the job ended up including re-siding part of the house, and re framing a small section of wall. I was very pleased with the responsiveness of the entire GF ******* team from first contact to final review. The quality of the work was excellent (kudos to Manny and his team) and they left the worksite clean after finishing the job which is always appreciated.

Positive experience from the start. I had a new roof 12 years ago by ******* and it was a great decision! I have dealt with Bob over these past 12 years. He is always professional, accessible and extremely knowledgeable. If I call with a question, he is always responsive. Bob is also the one who climbs up on my roof so I am not dealing with many different people. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that ******* does warranty inspections which gives me a sense of peace. I do not know of another "roofer" who does that. *******... read more

During the first visit with a Sprague’s representative, after an initial conversation, he climbed the roof, and made an assessment of what he felt needed to be done. He then spent time talking with me answering questions and listening to my concerns. He returned several days later with estimates of various options I could consider. This was my second job with Sprague. I had new gutters installed last year, and they are great. Al made sure everything was perfect before signing off the job. There was a minor issue six months later that Al addressed the very next day. While he was here, I told him about a squirrel infestation I had had in my attic. Within a few days, Al and his crew came and cleaned out all the old soiled insulation and sprayed in foam insulation and blocked up all the places the squirrels had been getting in. Great service. GF Sprague immediately follows up with any concerns the customer such as myself have. I had some bricks replaced on my chimney. After delivery of the bricks by the workers, I noticed that many of them were old and some were partially broken. I called the company that same day and new bricks were delivered within an hour for installation. The final product looked excellent. ***** **

Excellent experience with clear estimate. Konnor D***** was directly in charge of and responsible for performing the work and did a tight and thorough job addressing several window areas with insufficient, aged flashing. He replaced wood, several courses of cedar shingles as far up as needed, covered areas with ice shield and copper flashing. We will have remainder of 50 windows inspected by Sprague to determine need for more new flashing even in areas without active leaks.
