The project advisor was very clear in his explanation of what needed to be done and how much each thing would cost, and gave us options to fit our budget and finance the work. Even when some unexpected changes were needed the project manager laid it all out and made it workable. The crew was very efficient and cleaned up fully afterwards. Nate and ******* from Sprague and Company came to replace the old and leaking down-spouts at our building. Despite, that it was still cold February day and the down-spout was filled with ice, Nate and ******* completed the job very quickly, efficiently and without much noise. They were highly professional and did an excellent work. Moreover, these guys went above and beyond replacing the additional smaller part just to make sure there would be no more leaks and safety concerns. 10 STARS Professionals.
