Great to deal with them. Still waiting for a big rain to see how the new gutters function, but they look like they should be a vast improvement. Fast, efficient, and transparent.

Job was done well, and completed ahead of schedule. Project manager was a very nice guy and very helpful from start to finish. On the sales side, the options were clearly and patiently explained. One thing that can be improved upon: Sprague was unwilling to provide any kind of an estimate unless four people from two households (the project was for a condo) met with the sales side. Very unusual and potentially cumbersome practice.

The project advisor was very clear in his explanation of what needed to be done and how much each thing would cost, and gave us options to fit our budget and finance the work. Even when some unexpected changes were needed the project manager laid it all out and made it workable. The crew was very efficient and cleaned up fully afterwards. The project manager then checked in to make sure everything was satisfactory. Nate and ******* from Sprague and Company came to replace the old and leaking down-spouts at our building. Despite, that it was still cold February day and the down-spout was filled with ice, Nate and ******* completed the job very quickly, efficiently and without much noise. They were highly professional and did an excellent work. Moreover, these guys went above and beyond replacing the additional smaller part just to make sure there would be no more leaks and safety concerns. 10 STARS Professionals.

G.F. Sprague did a great job on my slate roof repair and redesign, using quality materials and excellent workmanship. Were impressed when we first met *****he was very personable- answered all our questions, made sure we understood what we were getting ourselves into! ** Sprague provided expert analysis of our ice dam problem, undertook timely installation of the necessary materials, replaced our old roof and were extremely professional throughout the process. We most appreciated their clear explanation of the work to be done and the time involved.
