On the good side, so far, my car seems to have been uninjured from its time with them. They did not leave a mess. The work they did seems to have been done well. I am concerned with the communication, both between their own staff and with me. The people seemed continually stressed over being short-staffed due to people out for COVID. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever! Exceedingly poor communication and service. Jessica the customer service rep was rude, completely unhelpful, and had the WORST attitude ... constantly sneering, snide, and just plane RUDE. We brought our Nissan armada in for a knock in the motor, we were dealing with a guy name Christian who I might say he was not helpful, rude, obnoxious and just would not listen. We were charged $118 for diagnostic for them to tell us there was a knock in our motor. We already knew there was an knock in the motor,they wouldn't tell me what they did with the diagnostic.
