The service department was very thorough in diagnosing my issues and concerns on my 2021 Mitsubishi Outlander. Sport. The staff was friendly and informative when I interacted with them. When they gave me their diagnosis they explained it very well and were understanding and honest when I asked questions.
Excellent service! They took time to explain what needed to be done and were so helpful. The dollars were reasonable and what we expected

This dealerships service department is very dishonest! I spent 4 hours there recently to get my oil changed and one other minor problem addressed. Sit for 4 hours in waiting room waiting for car! Paid 400 for service and found out later it wasn’t reformed at all correctly. Called back and service writer was rude, obnoxious, and called me a liar. I've been a customer of Gezon Motors for many years and I continue to be surprised at the excellent treatment my husband and I have always received. The other day I misjudged the space between a post and my car thanks to an apartment resident who had boxed in my car - the result being that I cracked my side mirror. With pieces in hand I went to Gezon for a repair estimate. With ingenuity and a smile the Collision Manager was able to "restore" the mirror at no charge. Do I appreciate this dealership - you bet!

If I could give negative stars, I would. I see another customer had the same issue I did. After the service was performed they wouldnt give me my key back. They said if I want to complain about their service I could call the phone number posted on the wall behind me. Then he asked to talk to my husband! Im sorry, but in my home my husband and I are are equal partners. He would have gotten the same reaction and questions from my husband that he was getting from me. I will NEVER go back.
