If I could give negative stars, I would. I see another customer had the same issue I did. After the service was performed they wouldnt give me my key back. They said if I want to complain about their service I could call the phone number posted on the wall behind me. Then he asked to talk to my husband! Im sorry, but in my home my husband and I are are equal partners. He would have gotten the same reaction and questions from my husband that he was getting from me. I will NEVER go back.
Excellent service, finished on time, did not over charge or come up with extraneous repair charges, customer friendly, highly recommended!
Everyone was so nice and helpful. They kept us informed and notified of changes. Charges were fair and what they said theyd be.
I had had my first service completed at the dealership and the staff was pretty nice. I look forward to getting more service completed there. I also want to note that I enjoyed the waiting area and cleanliness of the facility.

Gezon is the best dealership in ************ from which to purchase a car. Everyone is extremely nice & very willing to go above & beyond their actual job descriptions to make sure you are taken care of well. They were very attentive to my requirements in purchasing a car, what I desired, the time-constraints I had & the finances involved. I would never buy a car from anyone else I ************.
This dealership is more than a piece of work! I have only received a phone call from them a single time. They had my car for almost 2 months and tried to give it back to me in worse condition than it was in! I have now lost my job over not having any way of reliable transportation and have had to make the 8 mile trek one way into town multiple times by foot. Brought my Toureg in to have Adblue refill. Had an appointment got me in and took care of the fill and got me out in less than an hour.
My experience with buying a vehicle from Gezon was a good. No complaints about anything. **** was great!
