They dont even get half of a star!. I am soooooo upset with this place and I am more disappointed with the people that work there . I had my car towed in on Monday and had an appointment on Tuesday for a diag. I told the lady "my car has coolant in the spark plug holes I may have blown the head gasket....I just had a heater core flush I am not sure if that is what caused the problem". could have let us know that it would take 7 hours for an oil change! we would have changed the date! told at noon that we were the next in line ....at 2 they said it was on the hoist being worked on ...at 4 it still was not done...... i was.furious.....we could have gotten a 15 min oil change elseware!
