I sent them a message via their website about two windows which I'd like replaced. One week later and they still haven't replied, which is very unprofessional - there's no chance they'll be getting the work. Edit: Having seen their reply about a "silly" review, I can confirm the message was definitely sent via their website - I sent the same message to two glazing companies via their websites, and Getty Glass was the one which didn't reply.
Has great choice
I choose Getty glass because I had first got them around 25 years ago at another house I wasn’t disappointed I dealt with Davy from the very start to the finish very straight talking person got all new windows and doors very pleased there was a minor issue with a mark in a pane of glass and I was impressed at how quickly it was sorted out would highly recommend Getty glass to anyone
Very bad customer service. I have had an ongoing problem with the locking mechanism on my door that was fitted 6 months ago in May. There is an online form to fill in for someone to call out but since my door is 2 weeks over 6 months I hit a text with a sum up payment link to charge £72 for the service call out. The issue with the door has been ongoing for 6 months and I have been advised not to pay this as there is historical evidence with the fault. Myself and my wife we are absolutely delighted with the Getty Glass job. The front of the house is totally transformed. The fitters Phil and Mark were superb, very professional, clean and tidy. The whole experience for us from sales man Kenny who helped us design the porch and the windows, including David who surveyed the job, which was a little bit tricky was impressive and satisfactory. Highly recommended!!!
