Do you know Gettel Hyundai of Lakewood is selling rental agency cars to their customers,who would want a car that had multiple drivers. If I wanted a rental car I would have gone to a rental agency, needless to say I was one of those customers, I am having my lawyer look into this Ann
I live 5 minutes from Brandon Hyundai but drive 35 minutes for the top notch customer service down here.... I had the best car buying experience and now I'm Back for regular maintenance ... Also very nice clean location

By far the best experience of buying a car I have had over the years. Every one was so nice and extremely helpful. This is probably the place I'll return to when I'm ready to purchase again.
It was nice meeting Hilda, Jarret and Pavul. Jarret and Pavul did their best and while we couldn’t work a deal , I appreciated how I was treated with respect. Some sales people can come across as too aggressive and demeaning but they were great. Also, just wanted to add, Michelle and Prescott in service are the best. Michelle always has a smile and is very friendly and Prescott has always been very good at getting my service needs met as well, even when I’m being a bit of a “difficult” customer…..ok cranky, there I said it. ... read more
Poor customer service! Advertise one price to get you in door and then say that is only available if you trade in a car and then if you finance with them, etc. Impossible to get advertised price! Got quoted one interest rate if we bought the warranty and then was quoted 2% higher interest rate without warranty. Nickel and dime you on the fees, $1000 in dealership fees(so they can make a profit they say). Bad service, unprofessional, and worst car buying experience ever. Go to different dealer if you want customer service.
