Purchased a 2016 elantra a year and a half ago and so far i have had to have the antenna replaced and the AC compressor. Today the back door wouldn't shut.. for the 3rd time now! Everytime i get it to the dealership it shuts and they "can't fix something that's not broken". Super frustrated!
Purchased my Hyundai Elantra in Jan 2016. From the time of my first oil change I expressed concern that my front drivers tire was leaking air and I was instilling air approx every 2wks. Each time I brought the car in I was informed nothing was found. Now the car is over a year old and Im now told I need a new tire d/t a nail hole. I dont understand why this wasn't found during the previous 4 visits???
They upsold me on my leased car with a wear and tear insurance plan, scaring me about nicks and dents. But OF COURSE they don't tell you that it is an outside company, they still will bill you for wear and tear, and make you go through so many hoops to get reimbursed, hoping you give up. HIGHLY UNETHICAL!!!! NEVER AGAIN.
Love Hyundai, place, sellers and the service after sale. The main reason to me buy Hyundai always is the extended warranty. I am glad Nick Guerra helped us a lot to buy 2 cars. Max, financial was to trick with the percentage. In that time we couldn't use our bank.

My first service with my new Elantra. Mike was great! A little disappointed that Hyundai didn't notify me that my car had 2 recalls.
Never felt pushed, tried very hard to make it happen for me and they hit a home run. Love my Veloster.
