I've ALWAYS steered clear of dealership service departments..Today only reinforced why..Took my 2016 Elantra in for its 7500 mile maintenance, as well as requested they lube my squeaky door and the complimentary car wash..First thing I noticed when I went out to my car was that it looked cleaner, but there was not one drop of water on that car..The bird crap on the passenger window was still there..Later after I got home, sun was hitting it just right and I saw fine scratches on different areas..my suspicion is they "wiped" ... read more
What an amazing experience! The moment we walked in the door we were greeted by a gentleman by the name of Marek. Such a friendly young man! He not only made us feel welcomed, but he was very knowlegable about the Hyundai vehicles. This is our first Hyundai, and thanks to Marek, we know every feature on our new car.
