The process to purchase an automobile should NOT take 4 hours, that was horrible. You could see all the customers waiting and they were not happy. Should have left when they came back with an outrageous payment. Not sure I will go back here. Love the car but you guys really need to speed up that process

Larry was excellent. It was a stress free experience. He listened to what we we were looking for didnt' try to push us to buy somthing we did not need or want. The day of the sale everyone was friendly and made the process as smooth as possible. After the sale Larry took us over to meet the Service Dept as well. We appreciate a great experience and will go back for another car in the near future for other family members.
