Very displeased with customer service. The detail was far from acceptable (plastic wasn't even removed from the chrome), I'm low on washer fluid and I had to sacrifice my one free service on an alignment! The car has only 33 miles on it. Additionally, I'm battling Hyundai finance about the payoff of my old sonata. After expressing my frustration, all they did was offer me another detail. If you didn't do it right the first time, why would I bother? This is my second sonata and sadly will be my last.
What a great establishment....recommend 2 any one looking for a great Hyundai, and be appreciative of such great people & service.
This is our second Hyundai purchased from Gettel and from Megan Pantoja. We came back to this store because fo the stellar service provided by our sales person, Megan ! We live in Riverview, Fl but travel to Bradenton to buy our vehicles. As long as Megan is selling cars we will be loyal buyers from her. Thank you Gettel for hiring the best !
