A buggy and annoying app which does not connect easily with the car before and after the ride and ends up penalising the customer for exceeding the time limit. Very poor claim process which does not allow the customer to reason for the delay. I am scared to use it.
Annoying to be experiencing 2 incidents of poor driving by P-plate drivers in a single day.
Good in times of emergency too !
